Effective October 29, 2026. This notice describes the current Creativity Impact Collective, LLC website and vendor portal.
Information the portal stores
When you sign in with ChatGPT, the site receives your account identifier and email address and may receive your display name. The portal stores the vendor name, creative discipline, introduction, uploaded files, titles and descriptions you submit, private messages with the team, submission dates, review decisions, and submission-permission confirmations.
How that information is used
We use these records to provide your account, identify your submissions, communicate with you, review work, and display approved profiles and media. Your sign-in email and private messages are not included in the public gallery.
Private submissions and public work
You and website administrators can access your private submissions and messages. A profile and its media must both be approved before the media appears publicly. Updating an introduction returns that profile to review and hides its gallery work until it is approved again. Once work is public, visitors may view, save, or share it; removing it from our website cannot remove copies others have already made.
Hosting and sign-in providers
The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting and storage. ChatGPT handles sign-in under OpenAI’s policies. These providers may process account, connection, security, and technical log information when providing their services. The portal does not receive your ChatGPT password. Supabase email sign-in is not currently enabled.
Cookies and browser storage
Sign-in may use cookies and browser storage to maintain an authenticated session. This version of the website does not include advertising pixels or an optional marketing analytics integration. Hosting and sign-in providers may use their own operational technologies.
Your choices and requests
Share only the personal details you want the team to receive. Personal and health details are optional; do not submit payment-card information or identity documents through messages. Keep your own copies of uploaded work. To request a correction, withdrawal of published work, or deletion of account information, contact hotrodjnky@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the account or work belongs to you before acting.
Records remain stored while the account or submission is in use and until deletion is processed. Some records or provider backups may remain where needed for operational, security, dispute, or legal purposes. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion period.
